Follow these easy steps to process your payment:
- After entering Contact Information and Shipping details on Checkout, Continue to Payment
- At Checkout Payment, select the following Radio Button to pay via PayPal, AMEX, JCB or Discover
- After clicking “Complete Order”, you will be redirected to 2Checkout’s secure payment gateway
- Select one of the two icons on the 2 Checkout Portal
- To pay using a PayPal account select the PayPal Logo
- Or check out as a guest with the “Credit Card” option to pay with your AMEX, JCB or Discover card
- To pay using PayPal click “Continue to PayPal”
- You will be safely redirected to the PayPal website where you can log in and process the payment for your Sapphire Online order
- To pay using AMEX, Discover or JCB, simply select the credit card icon, and enter your Billing and Card details to Place your order

- If damaged or incorrect items are delivered, please contact us at wecare@sapphireonline.pk and provide the following for further evaluation
- Sapphire and 2Checkout have the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles if this information is not provided:
- Order Number
- Images of the delivered article with visible issue
- Orders dispatched or processed cannot be cancelled or edited
- In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, Sapphire will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for the items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Sapphire is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount
- If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Sapphire is not liable to refund the amount for non-clearance of the Parcel
SafePay
You can now pay for your Sapphire order with Safepay’s secure payment platform. Select SafePay as your payment method at Checkout. You will be safely redirected to Safepay’s secure payment gateway. Your total transaction value will include shipping charges calculated at checkout if applicable.
