GIFT CARD POLICY

Purchase & Denominations

The SAPPHIRE Gift Card can be credited with any value between AED 50 and AED 1000 for use in the UAE.
The selected amount will be credited to the card at the time of purchase.
Gift cards can be reloaded once the balance has been used.

Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed only at SAPPHIRE Retail International Limited stores located in the UAE.
They may be used for purchases exceeding the card balance, with the difference to be paid by the customer.
If an item purchased with a gift card is refunded or exchanged for a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as credit for the remaining balance.
If the full balance is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be automatically updated and reflected on the printed receipt.

Validity

The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of last activation or purchase.
Upon expiry, the SAPPHIRE Gift Card cannot be used for purchases, reactivated, or refunded for any unused balance.

Balance Enquiry

Customers can check their gift card balance at any SAPPHIRE store in the UAE or by calling the customer service helpline at +92 (042) 111-738-245 (mobile rates may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

SAPPHIRE Retail International Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
Treat your SAPPHIRE Gift Card as cash.
